According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a Paris man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Town of Paris.
On August 7th, 2026, Timothy Skjellerup, age 48, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred on August 6th, 2026.
Upon completion of the investigation, Skjellerup was arrested and charged with one count of Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, a class A Misdemeanor, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A Misdemeanor, and one count of Harassment in the 2nd degree, a Violation.
Skjellerup was processed at the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building and was held pending Centralized Arraignment.
