Utica, NY – Rally for Reproductive Justice
WHAT: Women’s March for Reproductive Justice
WHEN: Saturday, October 2 at 2 p.m.
WHERE: Begin at YWCA MV Admin Office, 7 Rutger Park; march to and end at Utica Planned Parenthood, 1424 Genesee Street
WHO: Indivisible Mohawk Valley, Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, and YWCA Mohawk Valley
WHY: Local organizations in the Utica area will join the national movement for reproductive rights.
DETAILS IMV, PPGNY, and YWCA MV believe in everyone’s right to affordable, safe,
professional healthcare, as well as a woman’s right to bodily autonomy.
The march will begin with a brief rally at 7 Rutger Park. Attendees will walk
to 1424 Genesee Street with demonstrative signs and hold another rally to
discuss the necessity of healthcare justice.
