According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a Clayville man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Village of Clayville.
On June 20th, 2026, Christopher Wadsworth, age 49, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred on June 20th, 2026.
Upon completion of the investigation, Wadsworth was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.
Wadsworth was processed at the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building and was arraigned in CAP court on June 21st, 2026. Wadsworth was later released on his own recognizance
