Nu Psi Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority inc. raises funds for Historical Blacks College Universities, (HBCU) Several of the chapter members attended Howard University, Lincoln College, & Prairie View A& M. Nu Psi Omega help the national organization raise over one million dollars for students. The chapter participated in Breast Cancer Awareness Day. Two of the chapter members are Breast Cancer Survivors: Jean Baird Davis & Angela Smith. Sorority members also manned an informational booth.
