A black woman has claimed she was assaulted by the owner of Exotics & Aquatics in Roanoke, Virginia while trying to get a refund.
The woman said Daniel Joel Rosen put his hands on her after refusing to give her refund. Daniel allegedly picked her up and threw her out the door. The woman also claimed Daniel began to kick her while she was on the ground which led to more bruises.
The unidentified woman claims she had a court hearing and they dismissed the assault and battery charge because his attorney said she was erratic and was looking for issues.
