Asian American & Pacific Islander Celebration on May 24th

 

UTICA, NY — The Midtown Utica Community Center is hosting a vibrant celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month on Saturday, May 24, at the Utica Recreational Center from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. All are welcome to attend and support this exciting event. 

This free, family-friendly community event will honor the rich heritage, diverse traditions, and cultural contributions of Asian and Pacific Islander communities in Utica, NY. Attendees can enjoy food from local AAPI restaurants, live cultural performances, vendor tables with local Asian-owned businesses, and a community basket raffle. The celebration aims to foster cross-cultural connection, amplify the voices of AAPI community members, and highlight the vital role they play in the vibrancy and growth of the region.
