UMHA TO HOST ENERGY EFFICIENCY

 

Utica, New York: The Utica Municipal Housing Authority will sponsor a workshop to educate homeowners and renters about energy efficiency opportunities 6:00 p.m. -7:30 p.m.Tuesday, July 31 at the Utica Public Library, 303 Genesee Street, Utica, Second Floor, Gallery. The event is free and open to the public. Parking is in the lot at the Park Avenue entrance of the Library. Light refreshments will be served.

The speakers for the workshop will be Cabryn Gurdo and Amanda Kaier of the Mohawk Valley Community Energy Engagement Program (CEEP).

The workshop will be held by CEEP’s Community Energy Advisors to educate the public about energy efficiency and clean energy assistance and opportunities available to local residents, small business owners, and landlords, along with the variety of programs available in New York State to lower your energy costs and make your home or building more comfortable and affordable.
