Syracuse police identify victims in double fatal shooting

Syracuse police have identified the victims from Wednesday’s early morning shooting in on the 100 block of Croly Street.

Just after 3:30 a.m., officers say they found 29-year-old Shabriah Gainey and 33-year-old Julian Mansaw.  

Mansaw was pronounced dead at the scene while Gainey was taken to a nearby hospital where she later died.
