SUNY Polytechnic Institute, in partnership with the CNY DDSO Employee Assistance Program, will host its annual Spring Wellness Fair this Tuesday. The free event, open to both the campus and greater Utica community, is designed to promote holistic health and well-being. The fair will feature more than 50 exhibitors offering resources and information across a wide range of wellness areas, including mental health, nutrition, fitness, and more.
Attendees can enjoy free health screenings, giveaways, prizes, and interactive activities such as a make-your-own plant station, along with visits from the Utica Zoomobile and Cornell Companions Therapy Dogs. The event will also feature the Upstate University Hospital Mobile Mammography Van (Appointments can be booked here), providing convenient, on-site access to important preventive health services.
