Start the Year with Family Art Session and Local History Oneida YMCA Arts & Humanities Series Continues Jan. 9

Join us at the Oneida Family YMCA, 701 Seneca St., for the January speaker series designed to nurture your mind and boost your well-being.

All presentations are free and open to the public. No registration is required.

Family Paint and Sip Hot Cocoa:

Join us Thursday, Jan 9, 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm for cozy hot cocoa and painting. Children (all ages) and families are invited to unwind after the holidays at the Oneida Family Y!

WWII B-17 Bomber Crash in Nelson, NY:

Matthew Urtz, Madison County Historian shares the historic events that happened 79 years ago, January 16, 1945, when a plane crashed 16 miles away from Oneida, NY. Matt’s presentation. “Lost Above New York,” describes the events in our local and global history. The presentation will be held on Friday, January 17, 6-7 pm.
