Details: 50 Forward Mohawk Valley will be hosting our Annual National Senior Health &
Fitness Day: Health and Fitness Expo at 50 Forward Mohawk Valley Parkway Center.
The Expo will offer health & wellness information, licensed Medicare Advisors who
will be available to assist with information and questions, giveaways, door prizes,
raffles, and much more. The is free and open to the public but is geared toward
individuals 50 and over, and their caretakers.
