This week’s Spectrum News 1 Scholar Athlete of the Week is Brigid Teaken of Fayetteville-Manlius.
Teaken plays soccer and football, and runs indoor and outdoor track and field.
She is an extremely hard worker who leads by example. She maintains a 98-plus grade point average, and has big plans for the future.
As a Scholar Athlete honoree, Teaken will receive a $1,000 scholarship from Spectrum.
