(Utica, NY) Oneida County Family Court Judge candidate Stephanie Singe-Cully has been endorsed by the John E. Creedon Police Benevolent Association Inc. of the Utica Police Department.
Corresponding Secretary of the John E. Creedon PBA of the Utica Police Department, Investigator John P. DeTraglia shared the full support of the labor union in a letter to Singe-Cully stating, “The members of the Utica Police Department had the pleasure to work with you for nearly ten years throughout your tenure with the Oneida County District Attorney’s Office. Through that time you consistently demonstrated the qualities that are essential for service on the Family Court bench: integrity, sound judgment, compassion and respect for the rule of law.”
Singe-Cully currently serves as Oneida County Family Court Attorney, where she provides comprehensive legal assistance and counsel to all cases handled in the courtroom. Singe-Cully previously served for over a decade as an Oneida County Assistant District Attorney and later as the Bureau Chief of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, where she worked directly with law enforcement to seek justice for victims.
“I am confident that you [Singe-Cully] will serve with fairness, independence and compassion, and will be an outstanding judge for the people of Oneida County. I strongly urge voters to support you in this election,” concluded DeTraglia.
“I’m honored to receive the full support of the membership of the John E. Creedon PBA of the Utica Police Department. I’m humbled that such a distinguished group would put their trust in me to serve in this important role,” said Stephanie Singe-Cully.
As a registered Republican, Stephanie Singe-Cully is seeking the Republican nomination. The General Election is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
