MVCC offering variety of non-credit programming for all ages

 

Mohawk Valley Community College’s Center for Corporate and Community Education (CCED) has launched its Summer 2026 programming, which includes non-credit learning opportunities for children, teens, adults, and working professionals.

From hands-on kids’ camps to career certifications, CCED’s summer offerings are designed to inspire curiosity, build skills, and support lifelong learning. Full details and registration are available at www.mvcc.edu/cced.

College for Kids & Teens Summer Camps

MVCC’s popular College for Kids & Teens Summer Camps return with both established camps and some exciting new additions.

  • Returning favorites include: FIRST Robotics; Babysitter’s Training; dance, theater, and arts camps; science and technology camps; Drone Adventures; and gaming and animation camps.
  • New this summer: Junior Rescuers Academy, Think Green environmental exploration camp, Jurassic Journey, Salty and Sweet Kitchen Adventures, and Young Nutritionists.

Leisure Learning

New leisure learning courses offer enriching experiences for adult learners looking to expand their skills or explore new interests. Courses include Master Homeowner Academy, Retiring to Rewiring Series, Open Darkroom, and Beading and Jewelry Series.

Professional Development

Non-credit professional development courses help working adults gain in-demand skills and certifications. Summer offerings include training in artificial intelligence, data analysis and Power BI, computer skills for the workplace, graphic design and web design, project management, and bookkeeping.

Health and Wellness

Summer wellness courses support physical and mental well-being, including fitness courses like Pilates, yoga, functional fitness, and jump rope; holistic wellness and self-care; and mindfulness practices.
