Lindsey Gillespie, a white woman who was pretending to support Black Lives Matter and treated this important movement like a wave has been exposed for being racist by her past tweets.
A Twitter username named Dev Brynn created a Twitter thread exposing Lindsey’s past racist behavior. The Twitter thread is called “LINDSEY GILLESPIE: EXPOSED THREAD” which was created on November 5th.
Dev Brynn starts off the thread showing Lindsey Gillespie social media pages and then provides the reason to Twitter users why she created the thread.
“Lindsey was called out last for tweets that have resurfaced of her tweeting hateful and hurtful things that are offensive towards many groups of people”
Dev continues to expose Lindsey Gillespie by posting a screen recording of Lindsey tweeting out the N-word multiple times. Then Dev post a couple of screen shots of Lindsey saying the N-Word with hard R.

Lindsey also created tweets disrespecting the LGBTQ and Latin X communities. She also went in on the black community more. She also disrespected the Jewish community. Lindsey also compared an emoji to rape like if she was mocking rape victims.

She also implied that afros are disgusting and that she doesn’t have to buy other people’s hair. Dev also pulled up receipts of Lindsey saying the F-word.

Lindsey Gillespie posted a video on Twitter apologizing to pretty much every community besides her own community. She claims that she is not that person anymore but most people on social media are calling bullshit on Lindsey’s apology video.

Before posting her “apology” video she tweeted that she is not a racist, homophobic, and colorist. She claims she was an uneducated and ignorant child.
i am so sorry. i was an ignorant child growing up and understand how hurtful those words are. I cannot believe that i every thought that was okay and i am so sorry.

I understand the power of my platform and I am so sorry to anyone who I have hurt.

I was young and uneducated and grew up in a place where that was a joke. I have since then realized the power of my words and have been educated. I was an ignorant preteen who did not know any better at the time

I am not racist, I am not homophobic, I am not colorist. I was an ignorant child who grew up in a home thinking that that was okay. I have grown and I am educated and am NOTHING like how I was raised to be.

In my early teens, I wrote a number of tweets. There are no excuses for that. I deeply regret writing and posting those tweets. I need to be held fully accountable for my actions and my words. I understand the weight of my words. I am not asking for support or condolences.

At this point, is there a tweet that is not offensive and disturbing that Lindsey tweeted out?
