Amendment to elect Supreme Court Justices needed

I write boldly in defense of our traditional values, and I call on all the citizens of our country to join me in strengthening the bedrock of our democracy. We have a bunch of buffoons trying to steer teh country into an autocracy. We the people cannot allow that to happen. We want to build our country more secure and more just, more equal and more free.

Democracy derives from the Greek (Demokratia) wich means (Demos) people and (Kratos) rule, which meams rule by the people, not some people, but all the people who live in this American land.

When you drive and your car swerves to the right or left, you take the car for an alignment. Our judiciary system in this country also needs an alignment. The Supreme Court justics have abdicated their fidelity and adherence to the Constitution and no longer provide a check or balance to the executive branch.

We should demand that Congress establish election and term limits-by the people-for justices. To do this, Congress would need to pass a constitutional amendment. This necessary measure would show that Congress respects the will of the people.

We do not need a Supreme Court and federal justices picked by a president, but rather ones who are picked by the people.

Our judiciary system is comlicit in creating anarchy, a state of lawlessness and political disorder and a law of the jungle atmosphere.

Tell me why the president is above the law.

The Supreme Court of the United States is twisting the law. We have to rescue the system from danger and evil.

Giving the president immunity is dictatorial and an assault on American democracy.

It isobvious that sicne the president put these justices on the Supreme Court, they are paying him back by giving him immunity and by failing to make him adhere to the Constitution, proving that our Supreme Court has been infiltrated by corruption.

The Sixth Amendment of the Constitution calls for speedy trials, yet we see repeated delays in all courts, including the Supreme Court, for purely political reasons.

Our duty is to expose the injustices and hypocrysies of our now corrupt system.

I ask all the Democrats and Republicans in Congress to work on amending the Constitution as soon as possible, because our justice system is sinking in the sand. We are the United States of America-and Republicans and Democrats must work together on behalf of this nation.

Republicans pride themselves as the party of law and order. Since they control both houses, let us see their true loyalty to the country and to the Constitution. Our legislative branch of government is at a crossroads-and it must defend its authority by stopping the the executive branch from usurping its power while the judicial branch sits by and allows it to happen.

What we have is an unprecedented assault on the separation of powers. Once, our nation declared its independence from on oppressive monarchy.

Our forefathers created the Constitution and became a republic.

I am advocating these changes so we do not become a banana republic, run by a bunch of authoritarians.

Let us defend the Constitution, preserve the rule of law and ensure the safety of our democracy. If the Congress turns its back on such an amendemnt, the consequences could be devastating to our democracy and the rule of law. Alexander Hamilton, on May 28, 1788, said, “Complete independence of the courts of justice is essential…”

We must preserve our government to ensure it remains a “government of the people, by the people, and for the people.”
