The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 20-year-old Endangered Missing Person Kenaizha Ezell. She was last seen at 8:00 A.M., on Thursday, December 9th, 2021, on the 34XX block of Helen Street.
She is 5’4″, 102 lbs., medium brown complexion, thin build, brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a black/white jacket, burgundy bonnet, black shirt, black sweatpants and purple flip flops with rhinestones.
