Happy 90th birthday to Rose Siciliano! Rose, affectionately referred to as “Grandma Rose,” is a Foster Grandparent through Mohawk Valley Community Action Agency, Inc. in the Upstate Cerebral Palsy New Discoveries Learning Center Program. She has volunteered for over 22 years in the agency’s early childhood classes. President and CEO Louis B. Tehan came to celebrate with her at her birthday party last week along with staff and children.
