WHAT: Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the Grand Re-Opening of Mosaic Health
WHEN: Thursday, October 14, 10:30am
WHERE: Mosaic Health, 1651 Oneida Street, Utica, NY 13501
• Mosaic Health Utica was renovated as part of an expansion project to
increase healthcare capacity in the community. The transformation was completed just
before the pandemic hit. The site increased the number of exam rooms from six to 12,
including one triage room and one over-sized exam room that is more accessible and
can accommodate minor procedures. There is now a bigger, more centralized nurses’
station, an enlarged waiting room—and a 3,790 square foot addition was built with six
consult offices for integrated behavioral health, social services, and care management.
In the end, the site went from 6,802 square feet to 10,592 square feet.
• Mosaic Health Utica offers primary care, refugee health
assessments, integrated behavioral health, and social work and nursing care
management services. As part of the expansion project, dental services were relocated
to a building of their own, Mosaic Health Utica Dental, around the corner at 3 Parkside
Court, Building 1, Utica, NY 13501, which opened in June 2019.
• Tours of the health center will be available from 9:30am to 10:30am and 11:00am to
12:30pm. Please dress appropriately as the event will be held outdoors under a tent.
There is limited parking on-site. More parking is available at the Mosaic Health-owned
parking lot at the corner of Pleasant St. and Oneida St.
