An eight-month pregnant Eve posed with her baby bump as she expressed how excited she is to welcome her first baby with husband Maximillion Cooper. The Queens ABC star dressed in an all-black loungewear ensemble with a white cardigan while beaming down at her soon-to-be bundle of joy with a loving look on her face.
“Can’t believe how soon I’m gonna be meeting this little person” she captioned the post.
Her husband kept his words short, opting for emojis instead. “️” he wrote.
Naomi Campbell, along with some of her Queens co-stars, showered her with love in the comments underneath the post. Vanessa Williams also left a sweet message for Eve saying, “so happy for you.”
Throughout her pregnancy, the rapper has given small glimpses into her motherhood journey though she hasn’t told her fans the sex of the baby yet. However, that’s likely to change “very sooonnn,” Eve teases.
Eve and her husband made their surprise pregnancy announcement in November after months of holding in the secret.
“Can you believe it @mrgumball3000 we finally get to tell everyone!!!!! ️ You all know how long we’v [sic] been waiting for this blessing!!! We get to meet our lil human February 2022,” she wrote at the time.
Cooper echoed her excitement, adding, “Very excited to share this news… we have a lil human on the way! ️”
According to People, Eve and the rest of her family and friends celebrated the new baby with a shower just a few months ago.
“#babyshower in October 🥰🥰 thanku @ejlefton for the most amazing day!!! And thanku to all you ladies for making me feel so special!!! I’ve been meaning to post these for weeks!!! 🤰️ pic number 1 is me and my momma ️,” she captioned a set of photos from the special occasion.
Another rapper is also excited to witness his friend welcome their first baby— Bun B. He left an encouraging note under the shower pictures.
“I literally could not be happier for you sis! This is so amazing! We love the Coopers!” he said.
Eve and Cooper have been married since June 2014. In addition to their unborn child, she’s also the stepmother to Cooper’s four children from a previous marriage: Lotus, 19, Jagger, 17, Cash, 15, and Mini, 13.
