Utica, NY – The Erie Canal Harley Owners Group (HOGS) will be making their annual Columbus Day stop at the Neighborhood Center, 615 Mary Street, on Monday, October 14th at approximately 10:00am.
Each year, the HOGS conduct their Annual Toy Run to collect toys and cash donations to help make the holidays a little brighter for children and families in need. On Columbus Day, the HOGS visit The Neighborhood Center and allow the children and families served by the Center to see their motorcycles up close and get to know this very special group of people. The HOGS bring the donated gifts to The Neighborhood Center who, in turn, distributes the gifts during Operation Sunshine as part of the holiday giving that the Center is known for.
It’s the kind of “pay it forward” generosity that the HOGS, and the Neighborhood Center, are known for and a partnership that benefits the local community and makes the holidays brighter for all.
