Citizen Action Diaper Drive

The Citizen Action Central New York chapter is embarking on a project to close the diaper gap in our community. Join us for a Diaper Drive this Saturday, September 18, from 10 am-12 pm at Tabernacle Baptist Church (13 Park Pl, Utica).

There will be options to donate OR pick up free diapers, depending on your needs:

  • If you are in need of diapers, please come and pick some up.
  • If you are able to donate diapers, thank you!

Did you know that some families are forced to spend 14% of their income on just diapers? A small pack of 32 diapers can cost 12 dollars and babies need to be changed from 7-10 times a day. You can help by donating diapers and spreading the word about the need for donations. To make a monetary donation, click here.

Join us this Saturday from 10 am-12 pm to help close the diaper gap in our community!

Whether you can take part in the diaper drive or not, please take a moment to fill out our child care survey and help us understand the child care needs in our community. Your responses will help us better advocate for those in need. Click here to take the survey.
