Bray Wyatt finally drops his WWE gimmick name

Bray Wyatt was released by WWE roughly three months ago. During a time when it’s easy to become numb to WWE’s numerous releases, this one was quite a surprise because Wyatt was seemingly locked into an upper card and occasional main event spot in WWE.

Just last night, Wyatt made sure to let you know the clock is ticking on his WWE non-compete clause, which means he’ll soon be able to appear on television for another wrestling promotion.

Wyatt has now taken one more step towards completely moving on from WWE. Earlier today he officially changed his Twitter handle from @WWEBrayWyatt to @Windham6. His real name is Windham Rotunda, and now the reference to his WWE gimmick name is gone from his social media.

For what it’s worth, Wyatt also happened to be spotted with the person who designed The Fiend’s mask:

It seems like we won’t have to wait much longer to see where Bray Wyatt surfaces next in pro wrestling. Do you think his landing spot will be in AEW, Impact Wrestling, or somewhere else?
