Bartell has been awarded the certification based on the ownership, control and operation of Bartell and its parent company, The Heico Companies, L.L.C. (“Heico”), by Emily Heisley Stoeckel.

WBENC’s national standard of certification, implemented by the WPEO-NY, is a meticulous process involving an in-depth review of the business that is seeking certification. The certification process is designed to confirm that the business seeking certification is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women.
By including women-owned businesses among their suppliers, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier diversity programs.
