At least 19 people, including nine children, died on Sunday in a high-rise apartment in the Bronx, officials said. The fire started just before 11 am in the 19-story building on the second and third floors of the building and has been “knocked down,” according to the New York City Fire Department. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, according to reports.
