Armed suspect yet to be identified in DeWitt bank robbery

Police in DeWitt are looking to identify a man suspected of robbing the Citizens Bank on Genesee Street at gunpoint Wednesday afternoon.

Officials say the man entered the bank just before 3:30 p.m. and displayed a handgun. He did get off with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was injured.

Anyone who may have seen the suspect, or has any information that could aid in the investigation, is asked to call DeWitt Police at (315) 449-3640. You can also email tips@townofdewitt.com.
