American Red Cross Aids Two After Utica Fire

UTICA, NY (September 8, 2020) – Volunteers from the Central & Northern New York Chapter of the American Red Cross provided immediate emergency aid to two people after a fire on Monday morning on Crosby Road in Utica (ONEIDA COUNTY).

The Red Cross provided health services and financial assistance for necessities such as shelter, food and clothing to two adults. Volunteers also offered emotional support. In the coming days, Red Cross staff and volunteers will remain available to help those affected by the fire as they navigate the road to recovery.
