Utica, NY — Upstate Caring Partners is proud to announce that the recent “An Evening of Giving” presented by Delmonico’s Italian Steakhouse of Utica and Mohawk Valley Living on April 21, 2026, raised a remarkable $11,512 to support programs and services for individuals of all abilities. The event, which ran from 4 to 9pm, featured Delmonico’s generous commitment to donate 50% of all proceeds directly to Upstate Caring Partners, turning every meal into meaningful community impact.
Upstate Caring Partners delivers a broad range of innovative programs and services designed to empower individuals of all abilities. Each year, the organization serves thousands of people across the region, providing opportunities that promote greater independence, learning, and meaningful community engagement.
“We are grateful for the generosity demonstrated by Delmonico’s Italian Steakhouse, Mohawk Valley Living, and by every member of the community who participated in this event,” said Geno DeCondo, Executive Director of Upstate Caring Partners. “The funds raised will directly enhance our ability to deliver high‑quality services and expand opportunities for the individuals and families we support.”
Delmonico’s Italian Steakhouse management team expressed appreciation for the community’s response.
“Participating in a fundraiser such as this gives our loyal patrons the opportunity to give back to their community, in addition to having a fun evening at Delmonico’s. The support from UCP staff and families and our customers was overwhelming and all for a great cause. We hope to continue partnerships such as this in the future.”
The event featured live entertainment from magician Shaun Robison, caricature artistry by JP Crangle, and hourly giveaways, creating an engaging experience for guests while advancing a meaningful cause.
