YMCA Welcomes National Recording Artist Rachael Lampa to Prayer Breakfast

Wampsville, NY – The YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley is honored to announce that contemporary Christian singer and songwriter Rachael Lampa will be the keynote speaker at its annual Prayer Breakfast on Friday, October 25, 2025. The event will take place at New Beginnings Community Church in Wampsville, NY.
Lampa, known for her powerful vocals and inspiring lyrics, has been a prominent voice in Christian music since the release of her debut album, Live for You, in 2000. The album produced several number-one hits, including the Dove Award-winning single Blessed.

After taking time away from the spotlight for personal growth and mission work, Lampa returned to music with a renewed sense of purpose. Her journey has focused on exploring
themes of identity, worth, and belonging, which she now shares through her music and speaking engagements.
In addition to her music career, Lampa is deeply involved in community service. Along with her siblings, she co-founded People Loving Nashville, a nonprofit that supports individuals experiencing homelessness and incarceration. “We are incredibly excited to welcome Rachael Lampa to our annual Prayer Breakfast”said Hank Leo, CEO of the YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley. Her story of faith, resilience, and service is a true testament to the power of putting Christian principles into practice, which is central to the YMCA's mission.
