On Tuesday, June 19th, the Utica Public Library held a reception announcing the winners of its 5th annual Photography Contest for adults. The winners were (L to R): John Kelsey (Best Architectural), Jan Coffin (Best Use of Color – tie), Tom McCarthy (Best Social Commentary), Christina Hopkins (Best of Show), Darius Jablonski (Best B & W), Anthony M. Rabasca (Best Use of Color – tie), and Babs Jones (Best Portrait). Hopkins Best of Show entry was a striking black & white shot looking down a spiral staircase. Not pictured: Mark DiOrio (Best Nature).
