Upstate Caring Partners Presents the Community Partner of the Year Award

The Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties recently received the Community Partner of the Year Award for 2017. They were honored at the Upstate Caring Partners Annual Meeting held at Daniele’s Banquet Specialists. This award was created to recognize those who work closely with Upstate Caring Partners and its affiliates to enhance the lives of the children and adults who receive services. The Community Foundation has always been a positive resource for those in need in our community and has greatly impacted Upstate Cerebral Palsy, the Root Farm and the Kelberman Center by supporting programs and innovative, new services for children and adults of all abilities.
