“New York’s high tax burden continues to plague Upstate families and businesses. Until our leaders in Albany take bold steps to ease that burden, the Upstate population will continue to decline and the Upstate economy will continue to struggle.
Governor Cuomo and legislative leaders must recognize that New York has a spending problem – not a revenue problem. Any proposal to enact new taxes or expanding existing ones must be rejected outright.
Hardworking taxpayers are sick and tired of being treated like Albany’s own ATM”.
