The City of Utica is conducting our annual City Wide Cleanup as Part of the Great American Cleanup and Keep Mohawk Valley Beautiful on Earth Day April 22, 2017 – Rain Date – Saturday, April 29, 2017, We generally have about 400 – 500 volunteers that day
