At approximately 8 a.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the westbound lanes of I-90 near Exit 58 in Hanover, Chautauqua County. Preliminary investigations indicate that a westbound vehicle collided with the worker, who was outside a Thruway Authority vehicle at the time. The worker was engaged in routine maintenance activities aimed at ensuring the safety and efficiency of the Thruway.
