On August 24 Deon Revill of Utica was killed on Rt12 Arterial. The Tragic Hit and Run is so far unsolved.
UPD has released a photo of a white tractor trailer that may have been involved.
Deon’s mother, Monica, is still waiting for answers. In the meantime Deon’s tragic passing has left friends and family with nothing but questions. Why didn’t the vehicle stop?
