Herkimer County Community College Tiffany A. Niles Appointed to
appoints Aassistant Ddirector of Hhuman Rresources
HERKIMER, N.Y., April 2432, 2026 —Herkimer County Community College announced that
Tiffany A. Niles, of Whitesboro, has been appointedNY, has been appointed to the position of assistant director of human resources at Herkimer County Community College.
Niles bringshas more than 15 years of experience in human resources leadership, including
expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and
organizational development. She most recently served as a human resources manager at Bonide Products, LLC, leadingwhere she led initiatives in talent management, compensation and benefits, and policy development.
Prior to her role at Bonide, Niles has also held human resources leadership positions with Tidal Basin Holdco, LLC,; Masonic Care Community of New York , where she served as director of human resources; and PAR Technology. She also held human resources positions at, and earlier positions with Chobani and began her career at Turning Stone Resort Casino.
Niles holds a Master of Business Administration in technology management from SUNY
Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from The College of Saint Rose. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She currently serves as president of the Mohawk Valley Society of Human Resource Management.
