The Stone Storytellers will once again perform their annual “Epic Telling” at 2:30pm on Sunday, April 15th, 2018 at Stone Presbyterian Church, 8 So. Park Row, Clinton, “The Church on the Green”. We are joined this year by our founder, master storyteller Dennis Dewey! This year it will be stories from the. John tells a completely different story compared to Matthew, Mark, and Luke that must be held in tension with those of the other gospels to get a fuller picture of who Jesus was and how the early church came to understand him.
This performance will have stories unique to John such as the Wedding at Cana, the Samaritan Woman at the Well, Nicodemus, the Raising of Lazarus, and more. Come and experience the scriptures in the oral tradition in which they were created-told live and from the heart! Plan to join us and bring a friend.
