Utica, NY — The Neighborhood Center invites the community to its annual CommUNITY
Block Bash on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on Mary Street
between Mohawk and Third Streets. This free, family-friendly event brings neighbors
together for a day of fun, entertainment, and community connection.
Event Highlights Include:
FUN Foamfest Foam Party from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Bounce houses
Classic dunk tank sponsored by The Neighborhood Center’s 1905 Society.
Carnival games and prizes provided by community partners.
Touch-a-Truck featuring vehicles for children and families to explore.
Community resource tables connecting residents with local organizations and services.
“The CommUNITY Block Bash is a celebration of the families, partners, and neighbors who
make our community stronger every day,” said Sandra Soroka, Executive Director of The
Neighborhood Center. “We’re excited to welcome everyone for a day of fun while
showcasing the organizations and people who help make Utica such a great place to live.”
The Neighborhood Center’s mission is to enrich the lives of individuals and families through
