SUNY Polytechnic Institute (SUNY Poly) and SUNY College of Optometry will hold a press conference to announce a new partnership aimed at expanding academic pathways, enhancing experiential learning opportunities, and increasing access to careers in vision care.
The collaboration will also support joint academic programming, and community-engaged
initiatives in partnership with regional organizations, including the Central Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI). SUNY Poly President Dr. Winston Soboyejo, SUNY Optometry President Dr. David Troilo, and CABVI President and CEO Ed Welsh will be among those providing remarks.
