Tommy DeVito has entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal.
The redshirt junior quarterback made the announcement via Twitter on Sunday night.
This doesn’t come as a huge surprise. DeVito started three games before being replaced by Mississippi State transfer Garrett Shrader in week four.
Since Shrader started and won the game against Liberty University, DeVito has been on the sidelines.
The former four-star recruit played at Syracuse University for three and a half years. During that time, he accumulated 3,866 passing yards and 28 passing touchdowns.
