WASHINGTON, D.C. – Representative John W. Mannion (NY-22) today released the following statement on the Veterans Affairs Inspector General Report on the Syracuse VA Medical Center:

“Veterans who have served their country have earned access to high quality and timely health care. The issues raised in this report are concerning and our veterans and the staff responsible for caring for them deserve better. I will continue to work with Syracuse VA officials and other stakeholders to protect local services and ensure that the Inspector General’s recommendations are addressed in a timely and comprehensive manner.”
