This week’s Spectrum News 1 Scholar Athlete of the Week is Caleb Decker of Vernon Verona Sherill.
Decker is an exceptional golf player who also scores well in the classroom.
He credits his success to a lot of practice and hard work. He also instructs younger kids how to play golf.
As a Scholar Athlete honoree, Decker will receive a $1,000 scholarship from Spectrum.
