Snow Ridge Scholarship Golf Classic October 5th
Boonville, NY – The Snow Ridge Scholarship Golf Classic is back and better than ever this fall! Originally planned for summer, the event has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 5th, to ensure a fantastic experience for all participants. This exciting event is a fundraiser for the Snow Ridge Scholarship Fund, which aims to award two scholarships in the Fall of 2024. One scholarship will be awarded to a Snow Ridge employee who is a high school senior or college student, and the other will go to a local high school senior interested in a career in outdoor recreation or hospitality.
Hosted at the beautiful Woodgate Pines Golf Course in Boonville, NY, the Snow Ridge Scholarship Classic promises a unique and entertaining golfing experience. Teams of four will compete in a captain and crew format, with engaging games or challenges on all 18 holes. Participants can expect a mix of skill-based and fun, whacky challenges such as teeing off in ski boots, putting with a ski, and even a short drive contest. Prizes will be awarded for many of these games, adding to the excitement and competition of the day.

Woodgate Pines Golf Course, Boonville, NY
- Registration begins at 8:00 AM
- Shotgun start at 9:00 AM
- Happy hour from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Dinner and awards ceremony at 3:00 PM
- Cost: $320 per four-person team
Includes 18 holes of golf, Cart, Lite lunch, Dinner, games, and raffles and four buy-one-get-one-free Snow Ridge lift tickets per team.
All teams will compete in a single division, with prizes awarded to the top three teams and the “most honest” team.
