Herkimer, NY- Mohawk Valley Rotary Club invited guest speaker Herkimer County Clerk Sylvia M. Rowan at their meeting on Tuesday. Rowan discussed the Herkimer County Clerk’s Office and the wide range of services that the department is responsible for. Some of the services include filing and recording official documents, the Department of Motor Vehicles with offices in Herkimer and Old Forge, and Records Management including providing services for public research.
