On Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at approximately 10:20 p.m., the Rome Police Department’s Patrol Division
responded to 242 Park Drive Manor for a reported domestic dispute.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with a female victim who advised that she had been involved in a dispute with her
boyfriend, Kenneth Stevens. During the investigation, officers determined that Stevens had forcibly taken the
victim’s cell phone.
It was also learned that an active order of protection was in place between Stevens and the victim, which
Stevens was found to have violated.
Stevens has been charged with Robbery in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Contempt in the First Degree. He was
processed at Rome Police Department and held pending arraignment.
