“Having participated in the Ride for Missing Children for 22 years, GE Ski Club member Kathy White has worked the group for donations and sponsorships every year to continue the mission to help keep our children safer “One Child at a Time”. At the group’s first post-Covid in-person meeting at the Utica Elks Club, Kathy “Went Hollywood” and added three exclamation points to her 2021 appeal Those exclamation points were three of her fellow RFMC participants, fully decked out in their official event jerseys rolling into the meeting room on their bicycles! Each rider had a turn at the club microphone, dramatically increasing the impact of the appeal. These 5 rides are organized city by city and benefit the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. According to the NCMEC website, In 2020, NCMEC assisted law enforcement, families and child welfare with 29,782 cases of missing children.
