The Parkway Center, in partnership with the Oneida County Office for the Aging, is presenting a 6-week class entitled Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP.) If you have any conditions that you would like to learn how to self-manage this is the program for you! You will learn about pain management, relaxation techniques, communication skills, nutrition, and much more.
