NYPA’s next sexual harassment prevention training will be Wednesday, May 21st from 11:00 – 12:00. You will be watching a video together and answering questions along the way. Attached is the form that you will using to record your answers to the questions. Please distribute to all staff that will be attending this training. Each person MUST fill out this form and return it to their Publisher or HR person as verification that they completed this class.
