NEW YORK STATE SENATOR JOHN W. MANNION WINS DEMOCRATIC CONGRESSIONAL PRIMARY IN NY-22
SYRACUSE, NY— New York State Senator John W. Mannion has won the Democratic Congressional Primary in NY-22.
Mannion’s positive campaign, strong support for abortion rights, and record in the State Senate on education, jobs, public safety, and the environment resonated with Central New York and Mohawk Valley voters.
Senator John W. Senator Mannion will face MAGA Rep. Brandon Williams in the General Election, who is widely viewed as the most vulnerable Republican member of Congress.
Senator Mannion is endorsed by twenty-nine labor organizations, the League of Conservation Voters, the NYS Troopers PBA, current and former members of Congress, multiple County Committees, and dozens of state and local elected officials.
NY-22 includes the Cities of Syracuse, Utica, Auburn, Oneida, and Cortland and comprises all of Onondaga and Madison Counties, and parts of Oneida, Cayuga, and Cortland Counties.
