New COVID vaccine clinics coming to Oneida County this week

A new round of COVID-19 vaccine clinics are coming to Oneida County.

Starting Monday, kids ages 5 to 11 can get their Pfizer vaccine at Remsen Elementary School. The clinic will go from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

On Sunday, Dec. 12, a clinic will be at Sangertown Square in the JCPenny wing. That clinic will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

For those looking to get a booster, you’ll have three chances in December at the Griffiss International Airport Operations Building.

You can get one on Thursday, Dec. 2, Friday, Dec. 3, or Thursday, Dec. 9. They’ll be offering the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine.

There will be another clinic at Mohawk Valley Community College on Friday, Dec. 10.

If you’re looking to get your first dose, the Oneida County Health Department’s Utica clinic will be open on Nov. 29 and the 30 and then again on Dec. 7.
